Each Box containes one 7" x 12" Gel Pack.

Instructions for inserting & removing Gel Pack in & out of Bear

• Step One: Open up the Velcro closure at the back of the bear.
• Step Two: Insert the folded Gel Pack into the back of the bear.
• Step Three: Close the Velcro opeing. Knead the Gel Pack into place.

Heating and Cooling Instructions as well as Warnings and Precautions are printed on each pack. Please carefully read all instructions and warnings before use. Adult Supervision is required.
